During a year of unprecedented change and challenges due to Covid 19, health care providers have made great strides to work better, smarter and improve patient care through quality initiatives.
Plan to attend the virtual Mayo Clinic Quality Conference to learn more about these quality advancements, with a special focus on improving safety, care and equity in a virtual environment.
Speakers include national and Mayo Clinic experts. You’ll learn about national trends in quality and value as well as work underway at Mayo Clinic on equity, inclusion and diversity, and new digital platforms. In addition, a virtual poster gallery will showcase hundreds of quality improvement efforts and research on quality initiatives. You’ll be able to review posters during and after the event for inspiration and practical solutions to improve patient care.

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify tools and methods that can be used to detect and close quality gaps.
- Describe the environmental issues associated with a culture of quality and safety in healthcare.
- Discuss examples of how patient-centered care can benefit all patients, family members and the organization.
