Line Up

CuriousHour was formed in London by Emily Hanna and Andy Grazebrook in 2014.

Influenced by blues, fuzzy rock, punk and soul, they began writing songs together.

Not long after this, they met Drummer Wal Srankiewitz, whose versatile style and absolute joy of playing helped to drive the songs and add rhythmic complexity. The addition of Aaron "Bison" Lafayette on bass brings another finely tuned musical understanding to the group and completes the sound.

Sticking to a straight up power trio with added power vocal arrangement, CuriousHour has a sound that is simple, melodic and powerful. They have been gigging regularly ever since their inception, spreading their noise around London, the south of England and around the UK with plans to play in Europe.

Let the journey begin...

Sunstreets are a Southampton pop/rock band fronted by Lisa Vibert (vocals) with Matt Cook (guitar), Matt Williamson (bass) and Sam Turner (drums). Taking influence from icons such as Fleetwood Mac, Stereophonics, Paul Simon, Bruce Springsteen and U2, Sunstreets form a unique melodic rock sound by combining female vocals with a classic guitar-driven sound. Passionate to encapsulate their roots, Sunstreets bring guitar music and songwriting back to the forefront by tapping into emotions to capture the feelings, thoughts and struggles of everyday life.

Originating from a solo project started by singer/songwriter Lisa Vibert, this developed into a full band in early 2017 which has since seen support from BBC Introducing Solent and The Shout on 93.7 Express FM in Portsmouth. Playing festivals such as Icebreaker Festival, Byline Festival and Wickham Festival in 2018, 2019 brings an exciting slot at Victorious Festival whilst branching out into London and venues around the UK.

Maya Kally is a passionate singer-songwriter and composer, with jazz, indie and experimental influence. Her distinct style encompasses lust, family, and topics less spoken about within society. Born in North London and a Leeds College of Music alumni, Maya's music has taken inspiration from living in cities and finding serenity in such a fast paced environment. Maya has worked with supporting artists including multi award winning pianist Bill Laurance, award winning musicians Matthew Bourne and Joe Fox as well as performing at Manchester Jazz Festival, Wigan Jazz Festival, Cloudspotting Festival, Leeds Jazz Festival and many more. Her debut single, Another Time, is out now and has been played on Alan Raws BBC Introducing as well as Amazing Radio. Her single Another Time has introduced Maya Kally as a 'Fantastic new talent!'. Since moving back to London, Maya has been awarded funding from PRS Foundation, Festival Republic and ReBalance, which contributed to the anticipated creation of her upcoming single: 'We're Waiting'.

These two Swedes, Anna and Linnea, met in London. Now they often meet and drink a bucket of coffee and reminisce of the deep dark Swedish forests and its vast meadows. Together they make use of music to share stories as their duo MEADOWS.

With a Swedish folk heritage these two girls are centred around vocal harmonies and melancholic lyrics. Together they make minimalistic folk pop.

Gallery 47 is the pseudonym of British singer songwriter, Jack Peachey. He has a minimalist, dynamic approach to socially and personally motivated lyrical folk song. This year he released his second album, “All Will Be Well”.

Check out Spotify, Facebook, Youtube or iTunes for Studio Recordings and Live Concert Footage. Since the independent release of his first album, “Fate Is The Law” (2011), Jack has garnered steady acclaim as an emerging British folk songwriter. He impressed BBC Introducing, who forwarded his message to Radio 1 and secured him a slot at T in the Park Festival on their Introducing stage. He was then invited by Paul Weller to join him on a brief European Tour in Germany. This year he played Nottingham’s Splendour, Dot to Dot and Hockley Hustle Festivals, also supporting Heather Nova at a sold out Union Chapel in London.

‘Gallery 47 is Jack Peachey, a 24-year-old singer-songwriter who writes and records “in various independent studios and large rooms in Nottingham”, using “either a Taylor guitar tuned down to C# or an Appalachian Dulcimer in various open tunings”. If that doesn’t give you much flavour of his work, we’d add that he sounds like one of those obscure American solo artists with high, angelic voices specialising in melodic acoustica – a little bit alt country, a little bit folk – with a pop sensibility and a penchant for interesting chords, such as the unjustly neglected 90s and noughties musician' Jeff Hanson – The Guardian
