Join us at Wild World: The Producer-Focused Fermentation Festival!
Are you passionate about fermentation? Do you love wine and beer? We have an event that is tailor-made for enthusiasts like you. Wild World is not just any festival; it is a celebration of fermentation. And this Monday, we invite you to be a part of something truly special.
Wild World was conceived with one goal in mind: to bring together producers from all walks of fermentation to share ideas, techniques, and the joy of their craft. We are dedicated to showcasing the incredible talent and artistry that goes into producing natural wine and beer.
But it doesn't stop there. We aim to challenge the myths and falsehoods that often surround the world of natural wine and beer. Through education, discussion, and demonstration, we seek to unravel the misconceptions and shed light on the truth.
One thing that sets WWBK apart is our commitment to accessibility. We keep our producer table fee and ticket prices low deliberately, refusing the easy path of corporate sponsorship. We want everyone to have the opportunity to be a part of this experience, regardless of their budget.
By joining us this Monday at our very special festival, you will not only be supporting a cause you believe in but also immersing yourself in a sensory journey like no other. From tastings and masterclasses to panel discussions and live demonstrations, Wild World offers a unique opportunity to learn, connect, and indulge.
So mark your calendars and make your way to our festival grounds this Monday. Bring your curiosity, enthusiasm, and, of course, your appetite for exceptional wine and beer. Together, let's celebrate the art of fermentation and pave the way for a future grounded in authenticity and appreciation.
Wild World awaits you. Experience the magic.

He is sometimes known as the Indiana Jones of his area of research — ancient ales, wines and extreme beverages. Others call him Dr. Pat…. Patrick McGovern has spent decades searching for and analyzing the residues of fermented drinks that can be hundreds or thousands of years old — and then re-creating them. "Just about every culture you can think of, they have a fermented beverage that's central to the social activity, religions, and a lot of times, it becomes economically very important," McGovern is the scientific director of the Biomolecular Archaeology Project for Cuisine, Fermented Beverages and Health at the University of Pennsylvania Museum in Philadelphia. He's also an anthropology adjunct professor at the university.
