Irish singer songwriter Liam Geddes (from Ballina, Co. Mayo, Ireland) has had his fair share of experiences with the music industry over the years, and has performed on live TV for numerous singing competitions including ‘X Factor’ and ‘Euro-song’. In 2012, he made it to the semi-final of ‘The Voice Of Ireland’ on RTE. He was mentored by Westlife band member - Kian Egan.
Liam is currently touring in the U.S. before he returns home to Ireland to play the iconic Whelans live music venue in Dublin on April 20th, followed by his London debut at the Half Moon in Putney on May 15th and finally Voodoo in Belfast on June 8th.
Support is from UK singer-songwriter Dan Olsen. Dan has co-written with multiple award-winning songwriters including Grammy, Brit and Ivor Novello award winners such as Rob Davis, Martin Sutton, Chris Neale and Sonique.
Line Up
After departing The Voice, Liam threw himself into the live music scene and has been very busy performing all over Ireland and parts of Europe with his acoustic guitar or his number one instrument – the piano. He also regularly performs his original music with his live band at the world famous Whelan's Live Music venue in Dublin. Whelan's has seen some of the world's greatest acts take the stage including U2 and Ed Sheeran to name just a few.
Liam is always busy writing new music and has co-written with many other artists including a collaboration with Dublin based rappers Class A’z . Their collaboration single ‘Lifeboat’ became a huge hit and was played on radio stations across the country.
In October 2017 Dan has been booked to open at Shanghai Fashion week 12-16th Oct. 2017 IMG Models
Has just returned from a 2nd sellout tour in China and Hong Kong April 2017 This was his 3rd tour in China
He has just reached over 1 million streams in China of his music
Dan has just been nominated for "Best Music Video" FMA Awards March 2017
International award winning Singer/ Songwriter Dan Olsen has spent the last 6 months recording his debut album "In the Morning." produced by the John Mayer Band - Nashville
His first single charted in at no 6 in the Indie UK music Charts October 2016
He has completed his first international tour starting with a ten-date stadium tour throughout Russia, 10 dates in the UK, 4 dates in Africa, 3 dates in the USA and finally 4 dates in China November 2016
