This course is a lively introduction to how the patent system works and the nature and scope of the rights a patent gives, with an emphasis on chemical inventions.

There are also chemically oriented workshops aimed at exploring and reinforcing the basic course teachings.

“Excellent! Two very knowledgeable experts presenting the lectures.  Course manuals were very helpful with both the slides and written chapters.  The balance with workshop was very good, made it lively and were good exercises to apply the learnt material into practice”  Kraton Chemical B.V Delegate
