Floor Loom Demonstration

This will be a basic instruction on how to use our wonderful floor loom! Come learn how to use this beautiful piece of art to help create a community project.

Have you been in the studio and seen our big floor loom? Has it been a little intimidating with all those strings, pedals, and extra bits?
No worries! Peggy is here to dispel the mystery of weaving on the floor loom. She will show you all the basics to using the pedals and shuttle to create unique patterns 
There will be a chance to sit down and gets hands-on experience with one of the oldest forms of textile construction.

Just bring some curiosity and willingness to learn something new.
