On May 11th, check-in begins at noon at our Title Sponsor, Marcia Kies, Cascade Hasson Sotheby’s International Realty, located at 15400 Boones Ferry Road. Each guest must check in, in person, with a valid photo ID.

Use your time before the tasting begins (2 pm) to enjoy lunch at one of the fantastic restaurants in the neighborhood. Reservations are strongly encouraged.

  • A “21+ age verified” wristband (required to be served at our pouring locations)
  • An event-branded wine glass, thanks to Title Sponsor Marcia Kies, Cascade Hasson Sotheby’s International Realty
  • A lanyard to carry your glass (aka a “yoke”)
  • An event-branded reusable tote bag, thanks to Gold Sponsor Keller Kitchen and Bath
  • 12 tasting tickets, each redeemable for a one-ounce pour with over 40 Oregon wines to choose from
  • An event program that includes a map detailing the 20+ pouring locations and the Oregon wines they are serving, parking locations and shuttle stops
  • Once you’re registered and have your wristband, tickets and glass, at 2 pm you can start your “wine walk.” (NOTE: Locations may NOT pour before 2 pm.)
  • Each pouring location will feature an Oregon winery with two different wines for you choose from. Each of your twelve tasting tickets can be redeemed for a one-ounce pour.
  • Each pouring location will also have small bites for you to enjoy with your tasting.
  • NEW! This event will have TWO SHUTTLES to help guests make the most of their tasting experience. The shuttle stops are marked on the event map.
