REFUNDS
All refunds, unless refund not due to the fault of the customer, are subject to a 10% Administrative Fee, and online processing (convenience) fees are not refundable.

Note: Refunds can take up to 14-days to process.
Registration Refund (Customer Requests): A refund can be issued for a withdrawal request prior to the start of the program. Refunds will not be issued after the start of the program. In lieu of a refund, a transfer may be transacted in conjunction with a cancellation or withdrawal notification. When there is a transfer and there is still a balance due, participants must remit the difference to complete the registration. When there is a transfer resulting in overpayment the participant will receive a refund of the difference.
Program Cancellation or Modification: Programs may be modified or canceled at any time. In the event of a cancellation or modification, notification will be made by phone and email and a full refund will be issued. Refunds for multi-class activities will be prorated on a per-class cancellation basis. A refund receipt will be emailed to the payer on file. Ensure your contact information is accurate to receive these notifications.
Reservations: Any changes to a reservation must be submitted via email to marana.parks@maranaAZ.gov at least three (3) days before the first day of rental. A refund can be issued for cancellations made at least four (4) days prior to the reservation date.
Rental Terms: Facility reservations must be made no later than three (3) days before scheduled date. Park facilities are available on a first-come, first-serve bases or can be reserved for a fee. A facility is not considered reserved until payment is collected and a receipt permit issued.
