Our name at FireFin is much more than a brand. It’s a mission to deliver sustainable and eco-friendly dining options from local fishers helping to protect our beautiful waters.
Our name is a nod to the Lionfish — an invasive and non-native fish in our Florida waters that harms our marine life and ecosystems. While visually stunning, this striped fish has invaded coral reefs, making it a risk to the natural beauty in our Florida waters.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission encourages all divers, anglers and commercial harvesters to remove this invasive species.
That’s where we come in — To combat overpopulation and deliver a fresh, delicious experience, we have contracted with local fishers to bring you this sustainable, nutritious fish and reduce the impact the lionfish has on our beautiful reefs.

Decor is cute. We sat on the back patio which is pretty cute but the inside seems nicer to me.Filet was great. Perfectly seasoned and grilled. The crusted grouper dish was below average. Bland. Plain. We mentioned and the waitress brought us some stuff over to fix it up and then it was fine.The service on the back porch is a bit slower than the inside. Birthday dessert was a little confusing and they made it sound like it was included but it wasn’t.The parking lot was super full (maybe bc there was a boat show down the road) but there were plenty of tables
I went with girl friends, one who had been there before and one who, like myself was coming for the first time. I wanted to taste the "Fire Fin" fish (Lionfish, an invasive fish in South Florida). It was on sale for $33. Normally it is $46. It was good and fresh, but I thought it was overpriced for the small amount they give you. If I knew it was this small a serving I would have ordered what my friends ordered: the cordiva (?). That dish, also shown, was a larger serving with a nice sauce. The rice was nice. I ordered the carrots and Asian veggies. My friends got asparagus. Waiter was good. We tipped well because we sat for a while visiting.
Had a party of 12 this past weekend for my birthday and we had Phil as our server who was excellent and had great suggestions. The restaurant accommodated us at the last minute with no reservation. Food was fresh and tasty, service was on point and great esthetics for some fabulous photo ops. I would recommend this restaurant and look forward to visiting again soon.
My husband and I wanted to try something new and we were both in the mood for seafood. We are so glad we decided to try this place out! Jamie the manager was super friendly and let us pick where we’d like to sit, he told us he caught the fish in the tank that we were enamored by. There were gorgeous angelfish and a cool yellow and black eel named “George”. The bartender was also our server her name was Christina and she was super cool. She recommended we try the lion fish fingers or the Champagne Brie oysters so we tried both and oh my gosh they were just as amazing as described. I ordered the key lime martini which was great but had a crack in the glass. She quickly changed it out for me with a new one. We followed the appetizer with a shrimp tempura roll and their house special fish which was awesome as well. The main course was a little bland and we did look for some salt and pepper but there weren’t any on the table. We used the soy sauce from our sushi roll to add some depth to the main course. Otherwise the food was amazing. We ended our heavenly courses with their crime brûlée cheesecake which was die for. When the bill came we did have to have a second martini taken off as they are $15 bucks a pop and I only had one. Easy mistake though and was corrected right away. We ordered two coffees and almost had to roll ourselves out the door. We will definitely be back to try some more of their great menu. The vibe in the restaurant is upscale but also chill. It felt clean and orderly and our service was excellent. Highly recommend if you’re looking for fresh and trendy seafood dishes with a special flare! Great date night spot as well. Let's start at the beginning. The valet was on point the speed they got to me was crazy good. Walk in and the hostess was so friendly and got us to our table and before we could get fully in our seats the server (Anthony) was making sure we had drinks and was the most polite gentleman. As my group was enjoying their drinks I slipped away to go do a solo shot (family events) (Christina) at the outside bar was so amazing I may have had two. I hear from the stranger next to me and I quote "this is the best martini I have ever had". I go back to the table and the manager Jamie is there chatting with the group laughing and falling in love with him, he was so personable that he became family to us. The food comes out and let me say this, when any single person comes to visit me in Florida I am taking them here, it was the best meal I have had in I don't know when. Let me end this with well done I am in awe of your restaurant. Well done and thank you for making this moment amazing.
