17th ANNUAL CLASSIC & VINTAGE BOAT SHOW

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE & WAIVER FOR ALL BOAT ENTRANTS
This statement certifies that I am the owner of the boat noted on this statement. I am entering the boat in the 2024 White Bear Lake Classic & Vintage Boat Show being put on by Press Publications and the Bob Speltz Land-O-Lakes Chapter (BSLOL) of the Antique and Classic Boat Society, Inc. taking place on White Bear Lake at the White Bear Shopping Center lakefront and being held on Saturday, June 22, 2024.
Further, I certify that I currently have effective insurance to cover any damage to my boat, trailer, display item, vehicle related items and to cover my liability for any damage to others or their property arising from any use of any items listed above during the Boat Show.
I agree that I and my crew will abide by all the rules and regulations of BSLOL and I hold free and harmless, the officers and volunteers of Press Publications and/or BSLOL, any agents, sponsors and/or advertisers from any and all actions, claims, liabilities, assertions of liability which in any manner arise, be alleged to arise from any and all activities connected directly or proximately with the boat show listed above.
