The Transnational Crime Conference 2024 will take place 8-10 May. This annual conference will be a gathering of criminal defense attorneys from around the globe in glamorous Milan, Italy. The conference will feature panel discussions of the most pressing topics in transnational crime, including extradition, cooperation with law enforcement, deferred prosecution agreements, and the rights of the accused, as well as specific sessions on whistleblowing, subsidies fraud, and tax offenses. Beyond the formal sessions, the conference will provide an unparalleled opportunity for delegates to socialize and network with other experienced criminal practitioners.
