ABOUT THIS EVENT

Tune in to your body with Yoga at Ford House. This class is designed to introduce basic yoga postures, breath, stretching and a light flow. The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in the body and mind. The flow will be gentle as we take several rounds of breath in each pose.

All levels are welcome to join this class, taught by Marie Fachini-Kurily, a registered yoga instructor. The Wellness Series will run all summer and feature a new mind-body exercise every six weeks. Pilates will run June 25-July 30 and Tai Chi for Health will run August 6-September 10
