PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for registration fees may be made by bank transfer*, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners) or invoice to your institution.

In case of invoice payment, if Target Conferences does not receive the purchase order prior to the event, participant must pay on-site and obtain reimbursement from his/her institution following the event.

Cancellation Policy: 

Our refund policy is based upon receiving notification as follows:

• Received until April 16, 2024 (by 23:59 GMT+2): full refund less € 50 handling fee

• Received between April 16, 2024 and May 9, 2024 (by 23:59 GMT+2): 50% refund

• Received from May 10, 2024: no refund

*Please ensure that the name/s of the participants and meeting name (ZOO 2024) are clearly stated on the bank transfer. Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
