1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
13. We arrange tables and booths to accommodate seating for approximately a third of your party with standing space for the remaining guests. Your area is a base for the evening and therefore will not seat the whole party. Customers are often spread across the venue, on the dance floor, in the bathroom, outside smoking or perhaps at the bar. This ratio is based on experience and is usually more than adequate. If you do want to seat your whole party, then please advise your booking co-ordinator as a dinner reservation may be more suitable. We will endeavour to accommodate your booking on your preferred floor; however the Carwash / Loop team reserve the right to re-allocate areas depending on availability and group size. A request for a particular room is only a request & cannot be guaranteed.
14. Management reserve the right to refuse entry. A booking does not guarantee entry & we give preference to mixed groups.
The Licensing Act 2003 makes it an offence to sell or attempt to sell alcohol to a person who is inebriated, or to allow alcohol to be sold to such a person on relevant premises.
15. We are an 18+ venue but operate a challenge 25 policy so please bring valid ID (either a Driving Licence/Provisional Driving Licence, Passport or PASS accredited form of identification only). We advise all guests to bring ID regardless of age.
16. Your booth will only be held for a maximum of 30 minutes from your booking time. Please aim to arrive early to avoid disappointment as after this time we reserve the right to give your booth to someone on the waiting list.
17. On Saturdays the latest time we take table bookings is 10pm unless you specifically book a late package, this means a member of your party must be here by this time.
18. All payments are non-refundable.
19. We play a mixture of music from 70s, 80’s and 90’s in Carwash, to commercial dance floor fillers in Opal Bar.
20. Our dress code is optional. Caps, trainers or plimsols are acceptable as part of a retro or disco outfit, otherwise not considered appropriate head/footwear.
21. Even if you have an area booked, door charges do still apply if you are arriving late. On Sat we will charge after if you are arriving after 11pm. If you wish to upgrade your booking to have some dinner in our restaurant please give our sales team a call to check availability.
22. Should your booking have been secured by Card payment via telephone please ensure that the card holder presents both the card used for payment and Identification at the venue either prior to, or on the day of the event.

Thank you very much for booking your private area with Carwash at Loop in Dering St. We hope that you have a fantastic time. Please note the following terms and conditions before placing your booking:

Photo ID is absolutely essential for entry. Government issued I.D.’s will be scanned prior to entry from 10pm onwards. All data is held solely by Loop and will be deleted within a month.

We arrange tables and booths to accommodate seating for approximately a third of your party with standing space for the remaining guests.
