* You must be a member of one of the IUMS associations in order to benefit from this rate.
**Proof of Trainee/Student/Fellow/Nurse status is mandatory – In order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation (official letter signed by the Head of Department – hospital, company or academic institution which confirms status of the applicant) or copy of your status ID) must be uploaded during the online registration.
*** Low & Lower-middle Income Countries’ registration fee refers to Low-income & Lower-middle economies as listed here and defined according to the World Bank Classification.
**** Young Physician or Young Researcher are considered those who have completed their final M.D. / Ph.D. degrees within the last 5 years.
Fees for Participants include:
- Participation in all scientific sessions
- Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
- Entrance to the Exhibition
- Refreshments as per times indicated in the program
- Conference materials
- Certificate of attendance (sent via email after the conference)

Payment of registration fees in (Euro) can be done via the online registration process by the following methods:
By Credit/ Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express
By Bank Transfer:
- An additional 30 Euro handling fee is required.
- Please ensure that the name of the congress and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
- Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at the source in addition to the registration fees.

- Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund of the registration fee will be as follows:
*Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, the bank transfer handling fee (30 Euro) will not be refunded – applicable to bank transfer payments only.
- Cancellations received until and including July 18, 2024– full refund.
- Cancellations received between July 19 to October 8, 2024 – 50% will be refunded.
- As of October 9, 2024– no refund will be made.
