Marketing and Vendor Sales Coordinator for the Eugene Health & Wellness Expo
Where to start? I moved to Eugene from California in 2001. I worked as a Body Therapist for 20 years prior to moving here. I have a BA in Anthropology and an MA in Counseling. Some of my professional accomplishments in California include starting a Disabled Student Services program at Sonoma State University, starting an Adult Day Program in Santa Rosa, and developing a Shared Housing program for seniors in Los Angeles. After moving to Eugene, I have worked as a marketing consultant, a community relations director and as advertising sales manager. This included working for two Residential and Memory Care Communities and one Assisted Living Community. I did marketing/community relations for three in-home care companies. I sold advertising for the Northwest Boomer & Senior News and I am the Advertising Account Manager for The Lane Senior Guide.
My one special wish on my bucket list was to do a Health & Wellness Expo. I found Michael Fisher, the founder of the Eugene Health & Wellness Expo, 8 years ago. I joined his team. In my role with the expo, I sell the vendor booths and help to market this event. It is very exciting and rewarding to be part of this special annual event
