This 4-week divorce support group is for women who are thinking about divorce, going through a divorce, or are newly divorced. It will help you process your heightened emotions, gain insight, learn helpful tools to help you through this difficult time, and begin this next chapter of your life.

Each week we will address common issues women face during this process, such as grief, loss, confusion, fear, loneliness, isolation, parenting, managing change, and moving forward to a positive future.

This is a welcoming, confidential group where women can share experiences, motivation, encouragement, and support.

The group is limited to 8 members.

NOTE: The group repeats every 4 weeks and current members are given priority to stay in the group if they wish to continue.
