Kew Wellness ‘Taster’ Showcase

Join Chrissie & Heidi for a variety of fun and uplifting Mind, Body Movement & Yoga sessions

Held on ‘Feel Good’ Saturday 26th March, at the LiveWell Kew Studio, TW9 4FF

Choose from 2 x sessions:  10:00-12:15;  or 13:00-15:15

 

Open to all levels of fitness, ability, age and gender

The aim, based on your feedback, is to put on weekly sessions at times to suit the Kew and local community

This introductory ‘Showcase’ will provide an exciting way of connecting your mind, body and overall wellbeing

Donations only to CWC Charity (delivering support to individuals and communities to live a longer healthier life) or Ukrainian Emergency Appeal

Payments to be made in person at the venue

What to expect

Part 1: Easy Dance-style Flow & Mobility; Fun Floor-work; Stretch & Flexibility

  • Dance Movement - 20 minutes

  • Total Body Conditioning - 20 minutes

  • Contemporary Stretch - 20 minutes

Break

15 Minutes

Part 2 -  Core Balance and Strength; Stillness and Complete Relaxation; Practice of Asanas (Yoga postures) and Breath Work (Pranayama) connecting the mind and body

  • Tapping & Breathwork - 20 minutes

  • Hatha Yoga - 20 minutes

  • Yoga Nidra – 20 minutes
