FYUL (Fredericksburg Youth Ultimate League) provides coaching, structured skills training, and game play for all kids age 10-18. All activities are FREE and supervised by experienced players and certified coaches. Ultimate, originally known as Ultimate Frisbee, is a non-contact team sport played by players with a flying disc. Ultimate places the responsibility of fair play solely on the athletes themselves by requiring each player to know the rules and make their own calls, even at the sport’s highest level. FYUL is committed to strengthening young bodies and minds through Ultimate and "Spirit of the Game". In valuing the contributions and perspectives that a truly diverse community provides to our sport and its culture, we are committed to increasing access to and participation in the sport.
