HOW TO REGISTER

You may register to the ISAD 2023 Conference by filling the Online Registration Form.

* Early Career Researcher’s and Student’s are required submit their ID cards during the registration process.

Student/Trainee/Resident/Postdocs must be currently enrolled in school or a training program. Students must provide a current student ID that clearly indicates their student status or letter from their training director to verify their registration status. If your institution ID does not clearly identify you as a student, please submit a letter from your director.

Early Career is defined as up to 4 years out of training. Those wishing to register in the early career category must submit a current CV to verify eligibility.

The registration fee for all the registration categories of the Conference includes:

• Access to all scientific sessions
• Access to the posters’ area
• Access to the exhibition area
• Meeting materials (Name badge, pocket programme)
• Certificate of attendance
• Coffee breaks & lunches as per the Conference programme
• Welcome Reception

Letter of Confirmation:
A confirmation letter will be e-mailed within 48 hours once the Conference Secretariat receives the full payment of the registration fee.

Cancellation of Registration:Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 23 October 2023, and the registration fee will be refunded with a 50.-EUR deduction for administrative expenses.

For cancellations received on and after 24 October 2023, the registration fee will be non-refundable.

• All prices are inclusive of VAT taxes.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
The official currency of the Annual Meeting is EUR.

Payments should be made in advance via bank transfer or via credit card. We regret that we are unable to accept any personal, company and/or bank cheques.

Credit card payment:
Holders of Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard or Amex may use their credit cards for the charge of all fees. Please indicate card number, expiry date and security code on the registration form. Please note that daily exchange rates will be applied and slight differences on the total charged amount may arise due to fluctuations in the daily exchange rates.

Bank transfer payment:
Bank account details for ISAD 2023 Conference are indicated below. Participants preferring bank transfer payment are required to send the proof of payment to the Conference Organising Secretariat.
