Symposium registration fee includes:
Participation in scientific sessions, mini program, entrance to all coffee breaks & lunches as per the Symposium program, Welcome Reception.

*Trainees – refers to non-tenured junior scientists. Registration forms must be accompanied by a letter from the head of the department, confirming their status. The letter should be printed on a department letterhead and addressed to the Registration Department of the Symposium.

**Developing countries are defined according to the World Bank Country Classification of Low income and Lower-middle-income economies; click here to see the Country Classification data.

*** Refers to an industry representative from non-sponsoring company or organization. Not applicable for Start ups.

Payment information
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card. Payment via AMEX or Diners credit cards will be charged to your account in USD, according to exchange rate to the EUR on the date of payment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be sent by e-mail to the FemDIP 2024 Secretariat. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Until March 20, 2024 – 100% refund (less €50 handling fee)
From March 21, 2024 -50% refund
No refunds or cancellations are permitted after April 21, 2024

Liability
The Symposium Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the FemDIP 2024 Symposium. Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
